What guides should I read?

Our self-help guides have been developed by the specialist mental health clinicians working at Combat Stress in collaboration with veterans.

The series has been specifically designed to provide guidance and support to former servicemen and women experiencing mental health issues. Please answer the following questions, to enable us to prioritise what self-help guides are best suited to your needs.
